01 Definitions & Interpretations

The following terms used in these Terms are defined as:

• "Platform" — The ba994 website and all its services, pages, and content.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has created an account on the ba994 platform or is using its services.
• "Account" — The user's registered profile through which platform services are accessed.
• "Services" — All content including online casino games, sports betting, bonuses, and promotional offers.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and funds on deposit may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If any personal information changes, you are required to update it in a timely manner. The user bears full responsibility for any issues arising from the provision of incorrect or false information.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing login credentials with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

03 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at ba994: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

All deposit transactions are processed through secure SSL encryption. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the payment details provided.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, in some cases the verification process may cause delays.

You are required to use the same method you used to deposit when making a withdrawal. ba994 reserves the right to verify withdrawals at any time to prevent fraud.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Conversion charges may apply for funds deposited in foreign currency.

04 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 or more will yield the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. This wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = completing ৳20,000 in wagers will allow you to withdraw the bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A user may claim a specific bonus offer only once.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is not possible unless ba994 explicitly states otherwise.
• ba994 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
• Fraud or misuse of the system to obtain bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses may be cancelled in cases of suspicious activity.

05 VIP Program

ba994 operates a five-tier VIP program for loyal users. Each tier provides weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Advancement to higher tiers is possible based on user activity and participation. The detailed terms of VIP benefits may change at ba994's discretion.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba994 platform:

• Any attempt to commit fraud, deception, or obtain unfair advantages.
• Using bots, automated software, or algorithms to manipulate the gaming system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or system error.
• Impersonating an employee or representative of ba994.
• Operating on behalf of another user or controlling their account.

In the event of any violation of the above rules, ba994 reserves the right to suspend or close the account and, where applicable, to forfeit funds.

07 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ba994 platform — logos, trademarks, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of ba994 or its licensors. Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior written approval from ba994 is strictly prohibited.

11.2 Closure by ba994

ba994 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of serious violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or for legal reasons. Funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
