ba994 Responsible Gaming —
Keep the fun safe
The best way to enjoy gaming is to stay in control. ba994 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience through deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out tools.
What is Responsible Gaming?
Online betting is a form of entertainment — it is never a source of income or a solution to financial problems. ba994 believes that informed and controlled play is the path to genuine enjoyment. The information and tools below are here to keep you on that path.
Set a budget
Decide how much you can afford to spend before you start playing. Set a deposit limit at ba994 to protect that budget automatically.
Manage your time
Playing for long stretches without a break reduces your ability to make good decisions. Use the Time-out feature to give yourself a rest.
Mental health comes first
Avoid playing when you are stressed or anxious. Decisions made under emotional pressure often lead to losses.
Self-Exclusion
ba994 gives you the option to temporarily or permanently close your account for a set period whenever you need it.
Set a loss limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly loss limit. Once you reach the limit, the system will automatically stop you from continuing.
Support is always available
If you have any concerns about your gaming, contact ba994's 24/7 live chat or email in Bengali — we are always here for you.
Recognise the signs of problem gambling
Online betting is enjoyable entertainment for most players. However, for some it can develop into a harmful habit. If you notice the following signs in yourself or someone close to you, please seek help.
- Returning repeatedly to try to win back lost money ("chasing losses")
- Borrowing money or using savings to fund your betting
- Prioritising gaming over family or work
- Hiding how much you are playing from family and friends
- Trying to stop playing but repeatedly coming back
- Turning to gaming to relieve anxiety or depression
- Gradually increasing the size of your bets
Ask yourself
Answer the questions below honestly. If most of your answers are "yes", it may be time to seek support.
- Do I play beyond my budget?
- Do I feel agitated or angry when I lose?
- Am I cutting into work time or sleep to play?
- Do I feel restless when I am not playing?
- Am I spending less time with loved ones in order to play?
- Do I see winning money as a financial solution?
- Do I keep playing because I cannot accept a loss?
These questions are not a professional mental health screening — but they can help you assess your own situation.
ba994's Protection Tools
Activate any of these tools at any time from your account settings. If you need help, let us know via live chat.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
Loss Limit
Set the maximum amount you can lose within a given period. When you reach that limit, you will be notified and no further bets will be accepted.
Time-Out (Break)
Pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in or make a deposit.
Self-Exclusion
For a longer-term or permanent break, choose self-exclusion. Once activated, it cannot be reversed before the specified period ends.

Safe Gaming Best Practices
ba994 believes that betting can be enjoyed as entertainment, provided some basic principles are followed. Below are the principles that our experienced players always stick to.
- Play for entertainment only: Never think of betting as a primary source of income or a way to pay off debt.
- Keep an affordable budget: Only spend money that, if lost, will not affect your daily life.
- Take breaks: Instead of playing for several hours at a stretch, take regular short breaks. This keeps your decision-making sharp.
- Stop after a loss: Placing more bets to recover losses often leads to even bigger losses.
- Talk to loved ones: Have an open conversation with family or trusted friends about your gaming habits.
- Do not play under alcohol or fatigue: In these states, judgement is reduced and risky decisions increase.
- Keep other interests too: Balance your time between betting and family, friends, sports, or hobbies.
ba994 is an SSL-secured platform that ensures fair play. Our games use verified random number generators (RNG), so all outcomes are completely unbiased.
